3.1 Account Delivery: Upon successful payment verification through Paddle.com, you will receive Higgsfield.ai account credentials via email to the address provided during purchase. Account delivery typically occurs within 5-10 minutes of payment confirmation.

4.1 Pricing: The Creator Plan subscription is offered at $40 USD per month. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle.com's terms of service and payment processing policies.
4.3 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your first billing occurs upon initial purchase, and subsequent billings occur on the same day each month.

4.5 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended until payment is resolved.

9.3 Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
